Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship within the UK and internationally. 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (specifically during sales) shipments may be delayed by a few extra days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Method: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked® with GPS tracking. International orders are shipped with tracked services via trusted carriers.

Tracking Details: You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses: Narumi Beauti is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to errors in the provided address. We cannot refund or resend packages unless a new order is placed.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

Royal Mail Redelivery: If a delivery attempt fails, Royal Mail will leave a red card with instructions to collect your parcel from a local post office or reschedule delivery.

Go Lost Parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us immediately at info@narumibeauti.com for assistance.

Order Inspection & Issues

48-Hour Inspection Window: Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged/Missing Items? Contact us at info@narumibeauti.com within this window and provide:

  • Photos/video of the issue
  • Packaging details
  • Tracking number
    We'll resolve your claim promptly once evidence is verified

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders: Orders outside the UK may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Pre-Order Guidance: Contact your local customs office to estimate potential fees before ordering.

Unpaid Fees: If customs fees are unpaid and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and handling fees from your refund.
